By the decision of the Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, a license was granted to "CASPIAN FINANCE Non-Bank Credit Institution" LLC. The license was submitted to "CASPIAN FINANCE BOKT" LLC on October 25, 2023. It should be noted that BOKT was founded in November 2022 and currently has a charter capital of 5 million manats. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BOKT is Mantig Shahbazov, the members of the Supervisory Board are Imam Gadimguliyev and Salman Guliyev. Director of BOKT is Samir Iskenderov Khangiz oglu.
